The aim was to create an independent bakery with a French style that is peaceful, and welcoming where customers can relax and enjoy the delicious savoury treats. The bakery has a cosy, intimate setting that respects traditional skill and highlights its own identity, rather than feeling rushed or commercial. To convey a feeling of warmth and familiarity, the branding focuses on warm, soft tones. By creating a calming environment, these colours would help the bakery stand out as timeless and approachable than trendy or corporate.
Being an independent and not a part of a chain, the bakery was able to avoid the strict structures that are often linked with larger businesses. The lack of uniform requirements for staff would promote flexibility while keeping a natural, seamless appearance.
Quality was priority over quantity in the carefully limited and uncomplicated product line. French breads and pastries, such as baguettes, croissants, sourdough loaves, white bread, and traditional pastries, would be the bakery’s focus. There was not be any sweet treats, the bakery will maintain its identity.
